Successful candidate should demonstrate at least 10 years of progressive responsibility in the planning, design, construction and operations assistance of municipal water and wastewater facilities. Candidate shall demonstrate thorough knowledge and experience in the planning and detailed design of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Demonstrated competency in assembling contract documents for complex projects is essential. Experience with state-of-the art treatment technologies and process and hydraulic modeling experience is desirable. BSCE, P.E. license, advanced degree is preferred. EOE-AA Employer.
