Mr. Gross has over 20 years of experience in concrete and asphalt pavement design, analysis, and research. Jerod’s extensive experience with the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center has led to the development of numerous field demonstration preservation programs for cities and state DOTs, including practice reviews, guidance documents, and technical documents.
