Mr. Boes has over 30 years of traffic and transportation engineering experience on a variety of projects throughout Iowa and the Midwest.  His traffic engineering expertise includes functional design, traffic forecasting and modeling, traffic operations and safety analysis, access management, traffic signal systems analysis and design, roadway lighting, signing, pavement markings, pedestrian facilities and roundabouts.
