About
Wade has over 30 years of experience in transportation planning, design, and management, working on projects that range from local streets to major highway improvements. He has managed the development of various studies and plans, including location studies, Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) studies, corridor revitalization plans, funding applications, railroad quiet zone studies, interchange studies, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents related to the planning and enhancement of primary highways and the regions they serve. Wade is well-versed in federal-aid requirements for all phases of transportation projects.

Wade has managed or overseen the project management of hundreds of projects. They have ranged in construction costs from just over $1M to over $250M. As co-leader of the Transportation Business Unit at Snyder & Associates, he is jointly responsible for a team of approximately 80 professional engineers, designers, and construction technicians. Wade also serves as a subject matter expert on federal aid for the firm, collaborating with every regional office to develop funding strategies for large transportation projects throughout the Midwest.
