About
Adam is a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Iowa with 25 years of experience, all with Snyder & Associates. He is an urban stormwater management specialist and has held an integral role in the successful implementation of many municipal stormwater and flood plain improvements. Mr. Bullerman excels at guiding project teams to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal flood plain development regulations. He also has extensive project related experience with State and Federal regulatory agencies including National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations and required documentation for flood plain development and mapping. Additionally, Mr. Bullerman is a credentialed Envision Sustainability Professional through the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure and can provide insight into planning sustainable features of infrastructure projects. Mr. Bullerman’s responsibilities would include guiding the project through regulatory flood plain requirements including site specific letter of map change requests to FEMA where needed. Additionally, Mr. Bullerman excels at solving complex stormwater problems through the use of various computer numerical models such as XPSWMM, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, InfoWorks ICM, and HydroCAD.
