Vickie Reeck

About
Vickie has been with Snyder for approximately one year as a Planner after 37 years with the City of Fort Dodge. She has been involved in multiple neighborhood planning efforts, adoption of a new Comp Plan, zoning enforcement, site plan and subdivision review. Her areas of expertise are in Tax Increment Financing, Urban Renewal and Urban Revitalization. She has also been involved in setting up Self-Supported Municipal Improvement Districts and a Reinvestment District. Her passion is for Brownfield Redevelopment, and she has a substantial amount of experience in writing applications and administering grants through the Environmental Protection Agency and Iowa Department of Natural Resources. Under her leadership, the City of Fort Dodge was designated an Iowa Thriving Community for 2025. She was also designated a Certified Grant Administrator through the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
