About
Rob is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in many areas of the civil engineering profession.  He has experience in transportation, land development, stormwater management, water and wastewater, and city engineering at the local level in the Midwest. His focus has been on transportation-related projects, including local streets, trail design, and traffic management. Rob has been involved in projects ranging from funding and concept to design and construction.  He is familiar with municipal, Iowa DOT, and Federal Aid requirements for preliminary and final design. As an engineer, he is involved with day-to-day correspondence, contract documents, public participation, scheduling, budgeting, project planning, plan development, quality control, and construction administration.
