About
Mr. Walters is a Principal Environmental Scientist with over 20 years of experience specializing in the management of NEPA projects, Wetland Delineations, Permitting, Design, Mitigation, Monitoring, Threatened and Endangered Species Surveys, Biological Assessments, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and has considerable knowledge of state and federal laws for permitting and designing projects.
