About
Mr. Gross has over 25 years of experience in pavement design, analysis, and research. Jerod’s extensive experience with the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center has led to the development of numerous field demonstration preservation programs for cities and state DOTs, including practice reviews, guidance documents, and technical documents. He also provides concrete pavement technology transfer to state agencies across the United States. He is experienced with dTIMS and PAVER pavement management software and has completed pavement management studies to clients in Iowa and Missouri.
