Josh Wilhelm

About
Josh Wilhelm brings over 19 years of environmental experience spanning fisheries and endangered species research, dam safety, and environmental permitting and regulation. He has a deep understanding of both state and federal environmental regulations, as well as strong expertise in biology and ecology, which he leverages to support permitting processes for private sector, municipal, and state-level projects. Josh also has eight years of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) experience, with skills in ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, GIS data analysis, modeling, and data management. His work includes developing interactive maps, custom GIS applications, and supporting mobile data collection. Additionally, he is an FAA-certified UAS pilot with over eight years of experience in aerial data collection, UAS data processing, and generating high-accuracy 2D and 3D aerial maps for integration into GIS platforms.
