Mr. Perington has over 30 years of traffic and transportation engineering experience in Iowa and the Midwest, covering all aspects of traffic planning, engineering, and operations. His experience includes projects ranging from small trip generation and access studies, complete streets, and traffic calming,  to major corridor and interchange studies in rural, suburban, and central business district metropolitan areas.
