Mr. Voelker co-leads the Transportation Business Unit and has over 25 years of experience. As the Bicycle and Pedestrian Accommodation Practice Leader, he is intimately familiar with the requirements for the design and construction of bicycle and pedestrian facilities, including work on hundreds of miles of trail, bike lane, and side path construction.
