About
Mr. Wignall has over seven years of civil engineering experience and he is skilled in a wide variety of projects, including trail and ADA design, building demolition, roadway reconstruction, roadway rehabilitation, industrial and commercial site design, and pedestrian facilities improvements. Spencer is involved in projects from design through construction, including work on state-aid, federal-aid, and locally funded projects. He has invested a large portion of his career to improve numerous pedestrian facilities, including design and construction services for the Iowa DOT’s Statewide ADA Transition Plan.
