Mr. Forinash has more than 24 years of technical design and managerial experience specializing in the disciplines of municipal and transportation projects, site grading, utility location, and right-of-way design. Mr. Forinash also serves as the Field Service Manager for the Cedar Rapids office. He has experience in managing survey projects with an emphasis on engineering/site surveys, subsurface utility engineering surveys, boundary surveys, subdivision platting, topography surveys, and right-of-way acquisitions. Mr. Forinash also assists in cost estimating, survey field crew coordination, and scheduling.
