Tim West is a Senior Landscape Architect and Business Unit Leader with expertise in developing, designing, and managing public space projects. He is a licensed Landscape Architect in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, and South Dakota. With over 25 years of experience, Tim has worked on parks and recreation, athletics, streetscapes, education, and site development projects throughout the Midwest. He possesses extensive knowledge in natural and synthetic athletic surfaces, track and field design, park and trailhead improvements, and skate park planning. Tim excels in project visioning, public engagement, construction budgeting, and master planning for park and recreation projects. Notable achievements include serving as the project manager and construction administrator for the Lauridsen Skate Park in Des Moines and the Outlets of Des Moines commercial development in Altoona.
