About

Steve is a Project Manager and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of design experience on both private and public improvement projects.  Steve’s broad experience includes the design of city streets, rural highways, pavement design, water mains, sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer system studies and rehabilitation, storm sewer and conveyance systems, water quality and erosion and sediment control. Steve currently serves as the City Engineer for the City of Colfax.
